At the October 9, 2013 LAPD West Bureau Traffic Committee Meeting, Rudy Guevara, the District Engineer for the Western District of LADOT introduced a new LADOT website and MYLADOT APP which allows you to submit work requests directly online.  The website is located at  The app is accessible at and work requests may be submitted by clicking the “I want to . . .” button.

Please note that LADOT is short staffed and they have over 1,000 requests in their office now.  Acceptable work requests are for such things as red curb, striping, signal timing, all-way stop signs, new crosswalks, and the like.  Please limit your requests to specific items.  LADOT is not accepting complaints/work requests for items such as the following: complaints that there is too much congestion or cut through traffic in my neighborhood or requests to complete a study for traffic mitigation measures in a mile stretch of roadway.  LADOT is not currently staffed to conduct lengthy studies and/or provide neighborhood mitigation measures.
