That plus the Jewel concert, incredible gift baskets, certificates – many people are very generous to support Beverly Glen and our beloved dancer Shira – aka Jane.
If you really cannot make it to the fair – ( you would be missing all the fun…!!) contact fair@beverlyglen.org to get some raffle tickets in advance. Winner need not be present – if they really can’t be…

Dear residents,

I hope everyone had a fabulous time at the 52nd Annual Fair. I know I had a great
time and I can’t thank everyone for attending and volunteering or both.

On another note, I received communication form one of our residents that a $100 bill was found by
his 14 year old son while playing at the fair. If you know of someone that
mentioned losing a $100 dollars they would like to return it.

Please send a message to fair@beverlyglen.org or call me at 310-967-9025.

Kindest regards,

The fair is fast approaching and June 10th is right around the corner.

There are still opportunities available to showcase your art/talent or participate as a vendor. All vendors and organizations must bring their own tables, canopies, umbrellas, chairs etc. Your set-up must be contained in the space that you have been assigned. The standard single space is 10-feet wide. The spaces will be marked on the street pavement in chalk and will be given out on a first-come-first-served basis starting at 10am on Sunday June 10th. If you have special requests please submit them to fair@beverlyglen.org now. All vehicles must be removed from Beverly Glen Place by 11am to give time for the children’s parade to get organized and commence on time.

Remember to bring your own “Cash Register” so that you will be able to give change to buyers as there will be no official way to obtain change at the fair.

Looking forward to a fun day at the fair with fabulous friends, neighbors and weather,

Sharalee Flesche, Social Chair
