Sunday October 5th from 2pm until 4pm is the Annual Residents of Beverly Glen Meeting at the Les and Dorothy River Community Center located at 10409 Scenario Lane, Los Angeles, CA 90077.

Come meet some of our local Police and Fire Representatives. Hear from your Councilman Paul Koretz and Field Deputies from District 5. Find out what is new in your community and what you can do to help.

Food will be served courtesy of the Residents of Beverly Glen Board donations. Wine will be served courtesy of Beverly Glen Realty and other beverages will be served courtesy of the Glen Market at Crater Lane. Come spend the afternoon with your community and enjoy!

The current board members of the Residents of Beverly Glen are hopeful that many of our residents will be inspired to contribute some time and energy to our community. Take a moment and consider volunteering for a committee or the Board. It is fun – and meaningful.

The Residents of Beverly Glen, Inc. will be holding a Traffic Forum on Thursday, June 26, 2014, from 7:30-9:00pm at the Dorothy and Les River Community Center at 10409 Scenario Lane, 90077.  All residents are encouraged to attend to voice their concerns about traffic-related issues in the Glen and discuss possible solutions.  Captain and Commanding Officer of  the LAPD West Los Angeles Patrol Division, Rolando Solano, is expected to attend.  We hope to see you there.

We look forward to seeing you all for the most fun event of the year! Apart from fantastic music, the entertainment will include our beloved Belly Dancer Shira. The Fair offers scrumptious food, unique gift items, our favorite wine tasting, lots of fun for the little ones – and an exciting raffle including 2 round trip airline tickets.

Contributions of salads for the buffet are still greatly appreciated – please deliver to the courtyard by noon if you can – and volunteers will be greeted with open arms! We encourage you to support your community and help out – and most of all: Come out and enjoy yourselves.

The segment from Beverly Glen Place to the intersection at Nicada Drive was completed last weekend 5/18/14.

Saturday May 24, 2014 & Sunday May 25, 2014 crews will resurface the remaining section from Nicada Drive to Mulholland Drive.

~ Working Hours 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
~ Roadway will be open overnight.
~ Crews will start at Nicada Drive and work towards Mulholland Drive.
~ Local residents will be allowed access however expect delays.
~ LADOT Officers will be positioned at Mulholland Drive and at Nicada Drive to assist with traffic control.
~ Nicada Drive will be used as an alternate route for local residents to access Mulholland Drive or travel to Sunset Blvd.
~ Informational message boards have been updated.
