Dear Glen Residents,

For the first time since 2019 we will be holding our annual community meeting in person! We are ecstatic about this and welcome you to join us from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 23, 2022 at the Les and Dorothy River Community Center. All Glen residents are welcome. Light refreshments will be served.

We have invited guests to discuss topics that are timely and important. Our agenda is below (subject to change) and we will post a reminder and the final agenda before the meeting.

This meeting is also a great opportunity to learn more about how you can get involved. We are an all-volunteer organization and need your support. We will discuss ways to get more involved, and hope you will consider lending your time to benefit this special neighborhood.

Please note that we are meeting in-person only. Due to logistics we are not able to host this as a hybrid meeting. We will be meeting outdoors.

Dear Glen neighbors – after two and a half years the Residents of Beverly Glen will resume in-person meetings at the Les and Dorothy River Community Center. Our next regular monthly meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, September 19 at 10409 Scenario Lane. Our agenda will be shared here prior to the meeting. We will continue to offer a remote option by Zoom/phone (details to be circulated with the agenda).

Our meetings are open to all Glen residents. We encourage you to attend and participate. We are also looking for volunteers and attending a meeting is a great way to learn more.

We hope to see you then or at another meeting or event soon!

Dear Glen Residents,

Our next regular meeting is tonight, Monday, May 9 at 7:30 p.m. and is open to all Glen residents. As a friendly reminder we meet on the second Monday of the month. We are planning to resume in-person meetings next month (June 13, 2022) though will continue to meet for some period of time with a Zoom/call-in option.

The ROBG board is looking for volunteers! If you would like to get involved with the community and give back there are several options! Please join the meeting to learn more. We hope to see you there!
